ABOUT Me

After 10+ years of capturing portraits, I can count on one hand the number of times someone has said ‘I LOVE to be photographed!’ ONE. HAND. Letting someone photograph you can be a pretty vulnerable thing. And making my subjects feel comfortable is always my number one priority. We ALL have something we don’t love about ourselves, and we ALL are our OWN worst critic. It’s my job to guide you through these concerns to create a portrait that leaves you feeling sincere, inspired and confident!

Testimonials

Kniss

I have talked to several others who rave about her!

“ I just looked at her website and saw the pretty face of one of by best friends, Julie. She had so many good things to say about her session with Abby and I have talked to several others who rave about her! There are so many questions surrounding senior year and colleges…. I am relieved that “who should we have handle senior pictures?” was an incredibly easy choice!”

– Brea Kniss, Class of 2023 Mom

Gunn

She made senior pictures so fun and I love her work.

“I was searching for a photographer for senior pictures that would capture my personality, but also a photographer that would capture that “portrait” look. I came across Jennifer’s instagram and she did exactly both of those! She was super helpful picking out outfits and locations and had so many helpful tips to prepare for the day of that made everything so easy and natural! She made senior pictures so fun and I love her work.”

– Maecyn Gunn, Class of 2023

Crocker

My favorite thing about working with her is that she talks to my kids!

“Jennifer has captured portraits for two of my sons and I’m looking forward to my daughter working with her in the next few years! Jennifer’s skill can easily be seen in the pictures she captures, but my favorite thing about working with her is that she talks TO MY KIDS. She is so good at interacting with these young adults and finding out what THEY are into, what THEY want to portray in their pictures, and what THEY are comfortable with!”

– Melanie Crocker, Class of 2023 Mom

Hartman

10/10 would recommend

“This was the first time I enjoyed doing a photo shoot. Usually it’s awkward, but Jennifer was amazing and kept it FUN! She let me relax and it brought out my personality more in the pictures. 10/10 would recommend!”

– Sam Hartman, Class of 2023
