2018 SENIOR
MCKINLEY
McKinley. Number 00 on the softball field. Graduating from Pius X with the class of 2018, McKinley was a super down to earth, flexible girl to capture. After all, those wildflowers were not the easiest things to tackle. Although always gorgeous and highly requested by my seniors, don’t let the images fool you. Behind the scenes is an itchy and scratchy mess. I love a girl who isn’t afraid to get dirty; wade through swampy interstate off ramps; and fight off 262 plus mosquitos. She made for a very successful, although very hot, session.
Many tips can be taken away from this girl’s session. Simplicity is key when it comes to senior portraits. McKinley kept her look simple and looked gorgeous while doing it. She made sure to keep her clothes undemanding and comfortable, adding pieces like rompers, shorts, and jeans to her wardrobe. It is so important to show your natural style for an effortless session. Afterall, the goal is to look like yourself as much as possible! McKinley did just that, a sporty and cute wardrobe and natural makeup and hair, it was just perfection.
McKinley’s amazing and supportive friend, Mattie joined us near the end of the session to provide some comic relief! There and ready to help, Mattie was there to help McKinley release her gorgeous smile. Without friends like Mattie, where would we all be?
