María,
You are the person we always want to be around! It’s the reason we always come into your room and ask, “What are you doing?” We want to soak up all that you are…joyful, confident, compassionate…because we know our time with you is getting very limited. You are hilarious, insightful, captivating, Christ-centered, CRAZY talented, smart, determined, and so much more.
You never cease to amaze us. You write like a true genius, but somehow seem to fall UP the stairs. You have such poise and beauty, yet your signature, interpretive dance moves leave us stupefied.
More than anything, you have made us SO proud, and we will miss you more than you would miss potatoes. Benedictine doesn’t know how incredibly lucky they are to have you! (I hope they have padded stairs…and potatoes, for: “It’s been many years since I had such an exemplary vegetable.” P&P❤️)
