Julia,

You came into this world during an uncertain time in our country and you are graduating during an uncertain time as well. Fortunately, from the time you were quite young Dad and I could see you were going to have the inner strength, determination, work ethic, and grit to handle whatever comes your way. You’ve experienced so many amazing and memorable moments these first eighteen years of life, and we’ve enjoyed celebrating all of them with you. You’ve also experienced some setbacks which have forced you to take pause and reflect, and the manner in which you’ve pulled through these moments gives us comfort as parents. You are resilient. You are self-motivated. You are genuine and beautiful. Most importantly, you are dearly loved! We look forward to watching you continue to navigate your way in this world with confidence and passion.
