2025 SENIOR
HAYDEN
Hayden,
As we sit down to write this letter, it’s hard to believe how quickly time has flown by. Watching you grow into the young woman you are today has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. And now, here you are—graduating and getting ready to take the next big step in your life. As you prepare to head off to the University of Northern Colorado to play softball, we want to take a moment to reflect on the person you’ve become.
From the very beginning, you’ve been a hard worker. Whether it’s on the field or in the classroom, you’ve always given your all. Your determination and your stubbornness (which, let’s be honest, you get from dad) have shaped you into someone who never backs down from a challenge. You’ve shown time and time again that when you set your mind to something, nothing can stand in your way. We’ve seen that in every practice, every game, and in every tough moment you’ve faced. Your work ethic is something that will serve you well for the rest of your life, and we have no doubt you’ll achieve all the goals you set for yourself.
One of the things that has always stood out to us is the bond you share with Brennen. The friendship, love, and support you give each other is so special. You two are a team – always looking out for each other and we know he looks up to you in so many ways. We know that even as you venture off to college, that bond will remain, and we hope you both continue to cherish that relationship as you grow.
Your faith is another quality that defines you. Your trust in Him and the way you carry His love with you in everything you do is something we admire deeply. We know that as you move forward into this new chapter of your life, you’ll continue to keep Him at the center of everything you do.
You wear your heart on your sleeve, and that’s something rare and beautiful. You care deeply about those around you, and your ability to love and support others is a gift. Dad and I are beyond proud of the young woman you’ve grown into – kind, strong, determined, and full of love. We know that you have a bright future ahead of you at Northern Colorado, not just as an athlete, but as a young woman of faith and grace. We have no doubt that you will shine in everything you do, just as you always have.
Congratulations, Tootsie Pop, on your graduation. This next chapter in your journey is going to be amazing. You are a blessing to us and to everyone you encounter. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see you thrive in this new season of your life. We will always be here for you—cheering you on, praying for you, and supporting you every step of the way. You have the heart and the talent to make a difference, both on and off the field. Keep pushing, keep believing, and always remember your way home.
Keep your faith strong, your heart kind, and your dreams big.
With all our love and support,
Mom & Dad
